Where Is My Order?

Every personalized Ballford order goes through a few steps before arriving at your door. Here’s exactly what to expect.

Order Confirmed

Day 0

Once your order is placed, you’ll receive an order confirmation by email with your Ballford order number.

We then send your selected glove hand, size, color, and personalization details into preparation.

Up to 7 business days

Ballford golf gloves are personalized specifically for your order, so they are not dispatched immediately after checkout.

Please allow up to 7 business days for personalization and production to be completed.

Your order may remain without active tracking during this stage. This is normal — tracking begins once the parcel has been dispatched.

After production

As soon as your personalized glove leaves production and is handed to the delivery carrier, tracking information is assigned to your shipment.

You’ll receive your tracking details by email so you can follow your parcel during delivery.

3–5 business days

Once dispatched, standard tracked delivery to United States typically takes 3–5 business days.

Delivery estimates can occasionally vary due to carrier delays, weekends, public holidays, customs procedures, or conditions outside our control.

Your glove has arrived

Once the carrier completes delivery, your tracking status should update to delivered.

Your personalized Ballford golf glove is then ready for its first round.
